Pressure vessel connections
Integrally reinforced nozzles for ASME vessels. One forging replaces pipe, flange and repad.
Overview
Our nozzle family runs from the Long Weld Neck to the Super Barrel. Each step adds wall for reinforcement, so you pick the lightest barrel your calculation allows. We stock common sizes, classes and grades. Anything else we forge to your print: contoured, hillside, with an insert lip, or as a stub end.

Thicker barrel and automatic nut stop. Sch 80 bore through 12 in.
Three steps of added reinforcement between HB and E.
Barrel OD equals flange OD. Most reinforcement of the standard family.
Barrel OD exceeds flange OD. You specify the OD.
Lip welds into the shell. Easier weld inspection and good toughness at the opening. Common for replacements and cyclic service.
Bottom matched to the shell or head ID. One weld, no grinding flush.
Flat bottom. Flexible projection, internal projection possible.
No flange. B16.25 bevel for a field flange or pipe.
Lowest-profile bolted connection. B16.5 drilling, tapped per UG-43.
B16.47 A/B, NPS 26–60, flanges and blinds.
